ABOUT
Sahra Hosseini
I am a body-centered and emotional therapist. In my work, instead of quick fixes or pressure to change, I work with the body, emotions and a person's lived experience.
If you feel constantly caught in anxiety, restlessness, emotional exhaustion, draining relationship patterns, or pressures that can't be solved by thinking alone, this space may be helpful for you.
In this approach we don't only talk about problems; gradually we learn to notice the body's reactions, the sense of safety, tension, disconnection from yourself and deeper patterns.
Change lasts when it begins with a sense of safety from within, not with the mind's force. The course of sessions is adjusted to each person's situation and capacity so that no extra pressure is placed on the nervous system.
ABOUT OUR WORK
We work with people who want to live,
but can't move.
They can move,
but stop halfway.
They want to change direction,
but don't know where to,
or how.
They want to feel better,
but what they get
isn't what they were hoping for.
They know… but it can't happen.
It can happen… but they can't.
They want… but they can't.
And all these wanting, not-happening and happening
finally come down to one question:
“I don't know what is stuck in me.”
This is a place where, by respecting the body's rhythm,
without force and without pressure,
people gradually
find the rhythm of their own lives again.
Our work is a body-centered companionship on the path of emotional regulation, decision-making and a gradual return to life.
